Just a girl walking with a giant horned koi spirit thing behind her. If you watch anime or know anything Japanese this really isn't too out of the ordinary :D
When designing this I wanted there to be parallels between the girl and the koi which is why the backpack straps have scales, her and the koi both have clouds on them and her backpack also has horns and a ring like the koi fish!
Design is on the front and is screen printed
